Welcome to the 24th Judicial District Specialty Courts, which includes Drug Court, DWI Court, Intensive Probation Services, Reentry Court and Swift & Certain Probation (SAC).

The Specialty Court mission is to provide an alternative to traditional case processing; utilizing a treatment oriented, non­-adversarial, multidisciplinary approach based on risk and need. The  programs regard the post-arrest period as an ideal opportunity for intervention that will break the drug/crime cycle. Judicial review and supervision of the client's progress in treatment is central to the Specialty Court programs. The court employs graduated sanctions in response to noncompliance with treatment minded goals.
